We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, and additional conditions may apply.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • All packaging and included accessories must be provided (if applicable)

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you the return instructions and return address.

After the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will notify you and begin processing your refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not provide direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting our support team. We will arrange either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned
