Each garment — including dresses, seasonal styles, and other apparel pieces — undergoes a quality inspection before it is shipped to ensure it meets our standards. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage provided, exclusions that may apply, and the process for requesting support if an issue occurs.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Rovantra products are protected by a 30-day quality guarantee beginning from the date your order is delivered.

The warranty includes coverage for:

  • Manufacturing defects or production faults
  • Stitching problems or loose seams
  • Defective closures such as zippers, buttons, or clasps
  • Fabric imperfections present when the item arrives
  • Receiving the wrong product, size, color, or variant
  • Items damaged during the shipping process

If a confirmed quality issue falls within these categories, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.

2. Situations Not Covered by Warranty

The following situations are not considered manufacturing faults and therefore are not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear resulting from regular use
  • Damage caused during washing, drying, or ironing
  • Fabric changes such as fading, stretching, pilling, or shrinking over time
  • Stains from cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, or similar products
  • Accidental damage including tears, burns, holes, or pulled threads
  • Damage resulting from improper handling or alterations
  • Items returned with strong odors such as smoke or chemicals
  • Products purchased as final sale or clearance (if stated)

These conditions are not classified as product defects.

3. Submitting a Warranty Request

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

Our support team will evaluate your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, one of the following solutions may be offered:

  • Free replacement (same item, color, and size if available)
  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit that can be used for a future order

Any shipping costs related to approved warranty cases will be fully covered by Rovantra.

5. Warranty Period

All warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Requests made after this timeframe may no longer qualify for warranty support.
