1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 working days
  • United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
  • South Africa: 8–12 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping and free returns on orders over €30.
For orders below €30, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be displayed during checkout.
All prices on our website include VAT.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery until it arrives.

Changes are only possible before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled but may still be returned after delivery.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, and additional conditions may apply.

7. How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, email us at contact@rovantra.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

We will provide the return instructions and address.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the issue to contact@rovantra.com and we will arrange either:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, simply return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

10. Are Rovantra products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All Rovantra products include a 30-day quality warranty, covering manufacturing defects or issues present when the item arrives.
If you experience any problems, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

11. Do you ship outside France and Germany?

Yes, we deliver to most European Union countries.
